What's the difference between EXW and DDP?
EXW (Ex-Works) is the factory-door price — you arrange freight, customs, and delivery yourself. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the full landed cost, with everything included in one number.
Can I get a quote in FOB or FCA terms specifically?
Yes — every membership can get quotes under EXW, FOB/FCA, DDU, DDP, or whatever incoterm your program requires.
Do you handle shipping, or just the supplier introduction?
We coordinate the full route — supplier, freight partners across Latin America and the U.S., and customs — so you're working with one contact, not three vendors.
