Step 01

You tell us the spec

A short conversation replaces days of directory searching.

Tell our team what you need β€” product, materials, quantity, target price, and delivery destination. We gather specs, tech sheets, BOMs, and samples, and coordinate any NDAs needed before sharing information with suppliers.

What happens in this step
βœ“Product name and specs
βœ“Material composition
βœ“Quantity and unit of measure
βœ“Target price and incoterm
βœ“Delivery destination

Step 02

We match you with vetted suppliers

Matched on category, capability, and MOQ β€” not a keyword search.

We search our vetted network of Latin American manufacturers across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and beyond, matched against your category, capability needs, and minimum order quantity. You get direct contact details and warm introductions to our partner factories.

What happens in this step
βœ“100+ vetted manufacturer network
βœ“Matched on category, capability, MOQ
βœ“No trading companies or middlemen
βœ“Warm email introductions
βœ“Direct contact details on paid plans

Step 03

We manage samples and follow-up

No cold emails. No chasing. No getting ghosted.

Once you're introduced to a supplier, our team coordinates sample shipments to and from the factory so what you receive actually matches spec β€” and we keep the conversation moving with ongoing support via email, text, or video conferencing.

What happens in this step
βœ“Sample shipment coordination
βœ“Spec verification before production
βœ“Ongoing support from our U.S. and LatAm teams
βœ“Email, text, or video conferencing
βœ“Available across all membership tiers

Step 04

You receive a delivered quote

Compare apples to apples. Pick the best one.

Quotes arrive in a consistent format β€” unit price, lead time, MOQ, and terms. We coordinate with logistics partners to include delivery in your quote, not just a factory-door price, covering incoterms beyond EXW including DDP and CIF.

What happens in this step
βœ“Standardized format across all quotes
βœ“EXW, DDP, CIF, and other incoterms
βœ“Coordinated through our logistics partners
βœ“Side-by-side comparison
βœ“Support from your dedicated sales contact

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to what buyers ask before getting started.

Do I need an account to submit a request?
No. You can talk to our team to get started before committing to a membership. You'll need an account once you're ready to manage requests and see supplier matches directly.
How long does it take to get quotes?
It depends on the category and supplier, but our team follows up proactively so you're not left waiting on a factory that has gone quiet.
What's the difference between EXW and DDP?
EXW (Ex-Works) is the factory price β€” you handle freight and customs. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the full landed cost, everything included. Every membership tier includes coordination for quotes with delivery, not just EXW.
Are these real manufacturers, or trading companies?
All suppliers in our network are vetted manufacturers β€” not trading companies or unverified middlemen. We know their categories, capabilities, and minimums before they're ever matched to a request.
What if I don't like the matched suppliers?
You can request additional matches, and on higher tiers our team can search local, state, and federal government networks in Latin America to onboard suppliers not yet in our network.
Which countries do you source from?
Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and other Latin American markets β€” we focus on Latin America specifically for shorter lead times, same-time-zone collaboration, and favorable trade agreements versus sourcing from Asia.
Can I use this for small orders?
Yes. Many suppliers in our network accept smaller MOQs β€” accessible for emerging brands testing new products before a full production run.
What's the difference between the membership tiers?
They scale with how much sourcing you need running at once β€” from up to 3 requests on Standard, to multiple concurrent requests with dedicated video calls and factory visits on Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Is my sourcing request confidential?
Yes. Your request details are only shared with suppliers we contact on your behalf. We never sell or share your data.
