Every apparel brand hits the same three walls.

You know the product. You know the market. Getting from there to a factory that can actually make it, at the price and quantity you need, is the hard part.

🧵
Finding the right factory
Not every manufacturer touches every fabric. You need someone who's actually run 80/20 nylon-spandex, not a trading company that says yes to everything.
📦
MOQs that don't match your size
Big factories want 5,000-unit minimums. Emerging brands need 100–300 to test a style before committing real capital.
🧾
Getting a real sample before a real PO
Too many sourcing conversations stall at 'send me a sample' and never make it to an actual purchase order.

HOW IT WORKS FOR APPAREL

From spec sheet to delivered quote.

01
You tell us the style
Fabric composition, construction, quantity, target price, and where it ships. Leggings, wovens, knitwear, outerwear — whatever the line calls for.
02
We match and introduce
Matched against our vetted apparel manufacturer network by category, capability, and MOQ — then introduced directly, with warm email intros to our partner factories.
03
We manage samples end to end
We coordinate sample shipments to and from factories so what you receive actually matches spec — before you commit to a production run.
04
You get a delivered quote, not just a factory price
We coordinate with logistics partners so your quote includes delivery — EXW, DDP, CIF, or whatever incoterm your order calls for.

More than a quote — a sourcing ally.

A lot of sourcing tools hand you a supplier contact and call it done. We keep the conversation moving — coordinating NDAs, samples, and follow-up until you have a real, deliverable quote in hand. That's the deliverable: not a lead, a number you can act on.

Questions apparel brands ask us

Do you work with brands that sell on Amazon or retail, not just their own site?
Yes. Most of our apparel buyers sell across multiple channels — DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retail. The sourcing process is the same regardless of where you sell.
Can I get a physical sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes — samples management is part of every membership. We coordinate sample shipments to and from factories so what you receive matches spec before a production run.
What if my MOQ is small — like a first production run?
We match against MOQ specifically. Many of our apparel manufacturers accept 100–300 unit minimums, which is where most first or second production runs land.
What's the difference between the membership tiers?
They scale with how much sourcing you need running at once — from up to 3 requests on Standard, to multiple concurrent requests with dedicated video calls and factory visits on Enterprise.
Do you cover fabric-specific sourcing, like technical or sustainable materials?
Yes. Tell us the exact composition — recycled nylon, organic cotton, technical performance blends — and matching is done against that spec, not a generic apparel category.

Your next production run
starts with one message.

Describe the style, the fabric, the quantity. We'll take it from there.
